Silver Coated Nickel
Silver Coated Nickel particles are used as conductive fillers in adhesives, gaskets and sealants. The particles are made from a nickel substrate that is plated with a uniform layer containing 15% silver. Three size ranges are available plus a unique platelet shape which is one micron thick by 15 to 20 microns in diameter. Silver coated copper and aluminum are also available. The magnetic properties on nickel can be used to align the particles in unique patterns.
