INCOTRONICS®
INCOTRONICS® ultrafine nickel powders have been specifically designed for use in MLCC applications, exhibiting all the key characteristics needed for high performance, high yield chip production. INCOTRONICS® powders are currently available in two grades — INP-400 and INP-600. INP-400 offers an average particle size of 0.4 – 0.5 µm and is able to fit into thinner electrode MLCCs. INP-600 fits into thicker electrode MLCC’s and has an average particle size of 0.7 – 0.8 µm. Both of these nickel powders exhibit a narrow size distribution and are designed to disperse well into existing electrode paste formulations with minimal adjustments to process. With their high sintering onset temperature and oxidation resistance, INCOTRONICS® powders are easily integrated and provide many cost saving opportunities.
